Return and Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Once received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your retuned item.
If your return is approved, we will refund to your credit card.
Currently no dispatching due to Christmas break until 02/01/2019.
Expected delivery times Victoria, Metro Sydney, Metro Adelaide 1-2 business days. All other areas 3-7 business days.
If you plan on returning an item please contact us via email@example.com and advise us of the details. We will then advise address details. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All products purchased from sportsnets.com.au come with a 12-month limited warranty. If you experience any problems with your product please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If under normal usage return it to our warehouse along with your invoice. We will inspect it let you know the outcome of your warranty assessment as soon as possible (generally this process takes a week).
By purchasing a product from the sportsnets.com.au you give permission to receive and an email requesting customer feedback. A response is optional for customers.
